Consultancy Advice to Education Bureau (EDB)

In 2011, JQRC was commissioned by EDB to participate in a Pilot Exercise where ten institutions were invited to pilot the use of QF Credit in their Self-Financed Sub-Degree programmes. The pilot exercise involved a total of 15 learning programmes at QF levels 2, 3 and 4.

As one of the project deliverables, JQRC reported the observations on the assignment of QF credit in the sample programmes and the QA processes of the SSPUs in the assignment of QF credit. Based on the findings, JQRC proposed approaches in the assignment of QF credit and operational guidelines for the assessment of QF credit.
